We design safety and fire protection systems in line with the Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense requirements, and we supervise installation all the way through to live testing — not just paperwork sign-off. We review fire alarm installation and programming, follow up on the execution of firefighting systems of every type, and run specialised commissioning tests that simulate real emergency scenarios. We also deliver risk assessments and evacuation plans tailored to the nature of each facility, concluding with the issuance of official compliance certificates. The result is a facility that is genuinely ready for an emergency — not one that simply holds a certificate.
Services Include
- Design & Approval: Safety layout design, drawing approvals, and design of fire alarm and firefighting systems to the approved standards.
- Installation Supervision: Reviewing fire alarm installation and programming, and monitoring the execution of sprinkler networks, hose reels, foam systems and clean-agent systems.
- Commissioning Tests: Hydrostatic Test, Flush Test, Pump Acceptance Test and Cause & Effect Test, to verify the systems actually perform.
- Studies & Certificates: Risk assessment, evacuation and emergency plans, and issuance of work completion and compliance certificates covering the building and the electrical installations.
